FortRock was founded by Justin Woodrum, an electrical engineer, USAF Veteran, and coach. He and his wife, Lauren, homeschool their seven children in Pinson AL.

Justin has served three tours of duty in the middle east while in the Air Force and has programmed and designed equipment, as a controls engineer, that ranged from aircraft and weapons elevators on aircraft carriers to grid converters for maritime applications.

FortRock is a mashup of the words Fortress and Rock. Two words that describe God. We focus on excellence and glorifying God in our calling. We are a Christian owned company that strives to honor God and love our neighbor in all that we do. The best way we can do that is by delivering technology that, in turn, delivers reliable results for the people that need those results to either do their jobs effectively or to live better lives.

For FortRock Fit we design and engineer our products with the trainer and trainee in mind. We believe strongly that training is about mental health just as much as it is physical health. Our purpose is to make training and coaching as streamline as possible and share with you the success that we have witnessed in so many lives, being trainers ourselves and also being users of our products. Coaches and trainers are selfless callings that, when done right, make a vast and positive impact on the trainees’ lives. What an opportunity! They understand that, at times life is not easy, but the hard things that we encounter provide the refinement that shape us into stronger individuals, if we do not fold, but overcome. Nothing simulates and prepares a person more for this than hard training. The field is an illustration of life.
