The PRECISION Interval Trainer enables the following:
Real-time data on the field.
The training team is split into four different groups. Default is Lions, Owls, Eagles and Wolves. The groups should be of similar speed.
Coach calls team to the line and sends them off by pressing start - after that let the application do the rest. Once each team

Export workout to spreadsheet
Pause intervals or rest for unforeseen circumstances
